岗位职责 1、协助商场物业经理（MPM）及核心运营经理，共同达成风险管理目标。 2、领导并推动商场在消防安全、安全保卫及突发应急事件处理方面的风险控制工作。 3、严格执行所有适用的手册和规定，包括《风险手册》、ICC风险相关准则、标准作业程序（SOP）及日常例行规范。 4、负责公共区域及租户区域的安全与保卫工作。通过监控设施设备的维保质量及管理监控室，确保消防及安防系统的稳定与合规运行。 5、全程监控租户安全与保卫工作（从租户装修到运营阶段），包括图纸审核、现场检查、开业准许发放到定期培训。 6、负责市场活动及美陈安装的审核与检查。做好大型活动的人流管控。组织针对供应商及外部合作伙伴的安全培训。 7、负责值班管理的培训、排班及执行。组织应急演练及现场...
