金融サービス業界が生成AIを受け入れる日は意外に近い
金融業界ではもう10年以上にわたって、人工知能（AI）と機械学習（ML）が引受業務の改善や詐欺防止システムの強化などに幅広く利用されている。大規模言語モデル（LLM）に基づく生成AIによって飛躍的な進歩が可能になり、教育、ゲーム、コマースのあり方そのものまで変わってきた。これまでは既存のデータから予測したり分類することが主なAI/MLの使い道だったが、生成AIを使えばこれまでにない新たなサービスを生み出すことができる。 大量の非構造化データ（データベース化されていないデータ）を学習できるLLMにほぼ無限の計算能力が加わることで、金融サービス市場の姿はここ数十年なかったほどにガラリと変わる可能性がある。金融業界はこれまでインターネット、モバイル、クラウドなどのプラットフォームの取り入れには遅れを取ってきたが、今回は新興の優良企業も既存勢力も、喜んで生成AIを取り入れるだろうと私たちは考えている。
