ServiceNow integrates AI support, AI agents throughout ITSM platform

Through the company’s Xanadu updates, ServiceNow includes many new generative AI features to help enterprise clients with customer support needs and other IT service management (ITSM) functions, including analytics and new AI agents aimed to optimize productivity.
