Seoul Biosys has begun mass production of micro LEDs that emit white light without rare earth elements, using its third-generation WICOP technology that needs no separate packaging. The first product is a 25µm x 10µm micro LED achieving 0.015 lumens in the white region of international CIE coordinates, with light efficiency around 100 lm/W.
